We have tried to be as accurate as possible in describing colours, sizes, ages and materials. It is possible some slight variations may occur.

Payment

Payment can be made by any major debit or credit card, though we are unable to accept Diners cards or Amex. Payments will be processed at time of ordering. Cheques made payable to Lulu and Blue, will be banked upon receipt and will be subject to a reasonable clearance period before goods are dispatched,

Delivery

Orders are usually dispatched within a few days of receipt. It may take a little longer during the busy periods. Phone us if you have a ‘must delivered by’ date. The majority of our products are delivered by courier and a signature will be required upon receipt. Please include your phone number with your order so that if an item is out of stock, we can contact you in case of any delay.

For delivery prior to Christmas ensure your orders reach us by 17th December 2010.

Shipping to all other European countries is charged at £12.00. Delivery can take up to 7 working days.
